Conference Registration

This is a volunteer-run event with significant logistic support from its supporters. We have aimed to keep the conference fees as low as possible.
To register in the conference please proceed as follows:
- Go to this link
- Select "Ver catálogo de servicios Sede Medellín" on the right hand side
- Click on "SERVICIOS DE EXTENSION" and then on the select box "Seleccione Categoría" choose "CURSOS"
- On the select box "Seleccione Servicio" choose "Latin American Conference ..." (choosing either the "COP" or the "USD" options depending on whether you will be paying in Colombian pesos or US Dollars)
- Fill in the form with all your personal data and on the "Valor" select box choose your fee class (IET Retired, Student, etc.) and click on "Continuar"
- Then select the means of payment. If PSE or credit card, follow the instructions to pay on-line. If "Pago con cupón de banco", then you will have to print the coupon and pay at any branch of BanColombia.
The conference fee structure is as follows (prices, in US Dollars, are all inclusive of delegate packs, proceedings, printed abstracts and refreshments):
