If you are coming from outside the European Union you might need a visa or a letter of invitation to enter the EU. If you are in such a case we suggest you register (as you can also show the authorities a registration receipt) and contact us with your details (full name, address, nationality, passport number, your paper title if applicable) and we will try to get you by email an official confirmation of registration and invitation to attend the conference.
This is a volunteer-run event with significant logistic support from the IET. We have aimed to keep the conference fees as low as possible, just to cover the costs of running the conference. As a three-day event, we have used economy of scale to offer reasonable fees.
The conference fee structure is as follows (prices, in Euros, are all inclusive of delegate packs, USB proceedings, printed abstracts, lunch and refreshments):
